Let us try again, check your order envelope or photo insert for your school’s make up day*. Simply return your entire order envelope/order contents to the school on MAKE UP DAY and include the reason you want us to try again. We will replace your order with your new photo. (If you fail to return the original contents of your order it will not be replaced.)
Orders returned after make up day may be subject to additional processing fees. BJK Photos will not reimburse return postage.
Please note that your new photo WILL replace the photos sent to the school for yearbook and other administrative purposes. The original photograph is deleted from our system.
*Retakes may not be available in all schools.

In the event you are unhappy with your retake, or retakes are not offered, you may request a refund*. Please return your entire order within 10 Days to: BJK Photos, 181 Kenwood Ave., Oneida, NY 13421. Please include your full name, address & phone number along with the reason you are returning your package. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
*Digital files are non-refundable. BJK Photos will not reimburse your return postage.
